This toolkit is produced by DTSB for people interested in organizing an event or festival in Downtown South Bend. We understand the importance of events as they showcase the unique culture our downtown offers while promoting a positive image to our visitors. Events also contribute to the economic well-being of downtown by attracting patrons to local businesses.
