Downtown Dignity: Giving Box

Downtown Dignity

 A public-spirited effort to keep downtown vibrant, safe and clean through education, involvement and access to resources.  

DTSB‘s Downtown Dignity initiative which includes staff and Board members aims to provide information and support to downtown businesses, residents, and visitors, without bias, and to promote a positive attitude in the downtown community. 

Downtown Dignity’s Giving Box

When: February 3rd, 5 - 8 PM 

Where: The Gridiron – next to the South Bend Chocolate Café

The Downtown Dignity Giving Box is an opportunity for community members to educate themselves and give to the resources available to those in need in Downtown South Bend.

Downtown South Bend staff and board members will be present at the Giving Box to provide materials, information and outline the importance of supporting homelessness organizations versus individuals.

The organizations that will benefit from the Giving Box are the following:

Hope Ministries 

Project WARM 

Life Treatment Center of South Bend

Center for the Homeless

Dismas House 

The Giving Box will also be present at future events, allowing support to different organizations that provide resources in Downtown South Bend. Stay tuned for upcoming events, dates and locations.
