Jill joins Downtown South Bend with over ten years of leadership and event management experience in the hospitality industry. She brings experience in developing and implementing strategies for achievement through cultivating relevant and meaningful relationships, effective financial/budgeting performance, sales & marketing initiatives, brand and advertising campaigns, project management, customer service and employee relations.
Previous to this, Jill held various leadership positions managing the day to day operations of convention centers in Florida, New York and Indiana.
Jill led a team of professionals in successfully creating a vibrant outdoor entertainment venue with extensive programming of events, festivals and concerts in partnership with an economic development firm in Western NY at the brink of the iconic Niagara Falls. She has also worked on business development opportunities for a private management firm and worked with a professional women’s soccer team.
Jill holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University.
