DTSB is non-profit governed by a 30 member board including downtown business owners, downtown residents, local business leaders, the University of Notre Dame and City officials. Officers of the board include Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.

Our offices are located at 217 S. Michigan Street, in the heart of downtown South Bend. We are in the Robertson’s Building across from the historic State Theater.
